Community… Guam’s sense of community is so strong and so great. During Guam’s prime, festivals were big, block parties were BIG! We even HOSTED the 12th Annual FestPac… the economy was booming, tourists were coming, crime rates were low, it was because of community. Everyone refuses to learn from one another, especially elders and the youngsters.
