Background

Angel Sablan is a longtime Guam public administrator, best known for about 15 years as executive director of the Mayors' Council of Guam (retiring December 2023). He previously served as director of the Guam Department of Corrections, and afterward headed the Guam Department of Parks and Recreation. He is a Democratic candidate for the Guam Legislature in 2026.
