How to use Vote Smart Guam

Four simple steps to walk into the booth knowing exactly who you're voting for — and why. No account required, and completely private.

How to use Vote Smart Guam

  1. Meet everyone on the ballot

Every candidate gets the same fair, uniform profile — office, party, record, and where they stand. Filter by office or party, search a name, and open a profile to read it for yourself. No paid placement, no ranking.

    See the candidates
  2. Find your matches with Smart Match

Answer the same yes/no issue questions the candidates answered. We rank who actually agrees with you, with an agreement score and a question-by-question breakdown. It runs entirely on your device — your answers are never stored or sent.

    Take the Smart Match
  3. Build & save your ballot list

Tap the bookmark on any candidate to add them to My Ballot — it saves right on your device, no account needed. Want your list on your other devices too? Create a free account with just your email (we send a magic sign-in link — no password), and your ballot and Smart Match results follow you everywhere.

    Open My Ballot
  4. Find where you vote

Look up your village to find your polling site and precinct, and get the key dates and registration info in one place.
